Could this be fibromyalgia?

Hello, I have not been diagnosed with anything yet, but I hurt EVERYWHERE. My back, both elbows, knees, hips, neck, shoulders, legs. I have muscle twitching like crazy in my legs. Has anyone who was diagnosed had a high platelet or sed rate count in their blood test? Also, how do you deal with the pain? I am a single mother of a nine year old boy and I think sometimes my family thinks I am making my pain up to get attention. I wish that were the case. I've been dealing with this for a year now. My soon to be ex-doctor is treating me like a hypochondriac, needless to say I'm in the process of finding a new doctor. I am just so tired of the pain. I hardly have the energy to do my job at work or deal with mmy child. It's driving me crazy. I know something is wrong.

If you are chaning docs, try to see a rheumatologist.

Bless you heart. I guess I'm very lucky as my family trys real hard to understand what I'm going through. I agree you should see a rheumatologist.
