Could I have fibromyalgia??

I am thinking seriously to contact my doctor because of the muscular aches I am having .. I am just sore anymore .. it's affecting my legs, middle/lower back, upper shoulder blades, and Im suffering with massive migraines :( ... I have talked to my family about this, and they have avised me to go see my doctor.. I have a lot of friends that have MS, Fibromagylian(spell), and I have done a lot of research on both.. Im not saying I have Fibro.. But lord knows I want to know what's going on .. I also feel very weak, and excessively tired anymore.. Mom is beginning to think that part is the fact I may be diabetic.. Mom and Dad are both diabetic so it wouldn't surprise me a bit .. I will keep you all updated as I know anything.. But I really think it's imperative I see my doctor, and let her know what's been going on, and what pains I am living with on a daily basis... :( . Thought maybe someone could tell me if these are some of the signs :(

Well, I've been to 4 doctors, and they basically can really only tell you what you DON'T have. There's no one real test that proves you have it. I most likely have it. I ache all over (for past 2 years), get chronic tension headaches, have brain fog, but I've always been a health nut and exercise freak! Didn't make sense! An alternative therapy dr. put my on Monolaurin, 3000 mg. a day and it really eased my tension headaches. I'm going to try accupunture next. Also I use Ultram 50 mg. every day for the pain, then I tell myself to live life like I'm perfectly healthy, and get thru each day one at a time. Have thorough blood tests done first. They will rule out everything else. Good luck!
