Is there any treatment available to reduce the pain

I use massage and breathing exercises.

I take an anti inflamaotry for the pain and I also have a masseuse who 'pops' the pain in the chest - straight down the sternum. The effects usually last a few days but worht every penny to give me some release from pain. I have had it for around a year now and find doctors are not terribly sympathetic. I actually have lots of info on costo/tietzes - because medics couldn't help much, I found out things for myself! Happy to share it with you if you want it via e-mail. Let me know and don't breath in cold or windy air as this causes major flare ups in costo!
