Are you and your doctors confused about Fibromyalgia and MS or other types of inflammatory diseases?

My answer to you is as my doctors have told me.....Fibromyalgia is not inflammatory... If there is fear of MS or other types of disease such as Rheumatica, Rheumatoid, Osteo, Lupus...Most if not all have inflammatory properties. Prednisone could answer the MS or Rheumatica question for if being on prednisone your symptoms lessen then this is a possible diagnosis. If Aspirin helps in any way then you probably have some type of inflammatory condition. If you have Fibromyalgia nothing will really help it that is why they put you on anti-depressants for a quick fix. the only thing that will really help Fibromyalgia is stretching and positive thinking because as you know the symptoms come and go. IBS is another condition that is treatable. Depression and stress can worsen the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and some people may need treated for that but all in all nothing touches it.....
