OH MY GOD!!!! This is my first fall with fibro and I woke up this morning to 33 degrees. I dont think there is a cell in my body that doesnt hurt like you know what. How do those of you living in colder climates cope with the every day? I live in Indiana by the way.

Well i live in calgary and right now its negative 2 which is 28.5 fereinhiet and i was out last night and my hands were so cold they hurt and this morning they are very stiff and achey, not exactly my cup of tee, i have to remember to wear gloves from now on! I hate to think what will happen when it gets to -30 liek it usually does here (-22 ferenhiet) i wish i lived back in victoria...never gets that cold out there!

Hi, do you have arthritis as well as FMS
to deal with. I lived in a colder climate when I was diagnosed and do empathize. The fibro and change in tempertures do adjust with time but it's not for lack of trying. Yes I must say its beautiful weather here in Victoria, its surprising all of us. Watch it snow in the winter (chuckle) When I moved here the spring ocean air was pretty damp but then I adjusted to it. Something was said in a fibro group I attended that the
body will adjust to changes. It might be better and then might go back to pain or the other way. It's really hard explaining that you're in pain on a beautiful sunny day to others.
