Chronic headaches
4 Replies
tvaughn - December 28

I have been told that I have fibromyalgia. I have had a chronic headache for the past 4 weeks and had a CT scan done yesterday that said everything is fine. After looking at this website I realize I have another symptom of fibromyalgia. I'm still learning about this and I am really scared to see what else is up with this. I use to be so active and now it seems a chore just to get up. I'm just glad that I have people to talk to that understand how I feel. I can't seem to find a doctor that understands what I need and what to do. I am so aggrevated and so mad.

Even though I have most symptoms under control I do have the headaches still. Woke up with a raging one this a.m. It is strange, all the seemingly unrelated symptoms that go along with this syndrome.

I used to have headaches too!! A lot of them!! I just realized the other day that I haven't had ONE in several months! I think the Cymbalta I am on is taken care of them...? I'm not sure but they seemed to have disappeared about the same time!

I had migraines and stress headaches but the steady painful headache was the worst. I couldn't shake it but I noticed once I got my blood pressure down they've gone away, except for the occassional stress one.
