Hello All,

I'm curious if you would be willing to share your non medication ideas with us? I am highly sensitive to medication and prefer not to take any if possible (or just as needed).

Thank you so much.

Susan

heat saunas, gets rid of allot of the pain, actually I'g getting one installed this christmas I've been using it for awhile now, and it real does help. Tanning beds, beleive it or not, it's the high heat that gives you the relief you need. Soft therepy massage, mud baths yes they work, because the mud is warm and it makes you relax. Hydrotherapy baths, they all work. accupuncture helps if done by a professional, chiro, water therapy, don't know if you ever had a water massage, I have had a few, and I felt so good for a week. light stretches, walk,
