Bra straps

I realize that this could sound really trivial but does anyone else have the problem of bra straps setting off the trigger points in this area and if so what have you discovered that works for you. Always having great upper body strength these points are at the high end of the pain scale and I have tried several styles but to no avail, sports bras are to constricting on my chest, back packs and purse handles can produce the same pain(these are easy to remedy). When I can I set my girls free and the pain subsides considerably, but this is not always possible.Nudist colony sounds good at times especially when being dressed aggravates the sensitive skin sympton. lol

Sometimes I have problems with my bra straps because I'm big busted. I buy bras frequently because I also have a latex allergy so when the elastic starts to go and poke through the fabric I have to get rid of them. So I try on a lot of bras. I found one brand that fits my anatomy correctly and that's the Bali COmfort U. My husband is great and helps snap my bra together in the mornings when I'm the stiffest and have trouble getting dressed.
