Hi Melissa. Fibromyalgia has affected my blood pressure. In fact the autonomic nervous system has been affected. This system controls blood pressure, temperature, hormones, and neurotransmitters. It gets pretty involved. i am on medication for it but when I stop taking muscle relaxer my blood pressure rises. Also it rises when I'm going through a flare.
