Back Pain
1 Replies
ibritz - September 10

Has anyone found anything to get rid of lower back pain? I have had it for years. Have had xrays and MRIs, have gone through therapy, aqua therapy and epidural injections, and chiropractic sessions. Vicodin I was taking - not on a regualr basis, is no longer working.

I have intermitent severe lower back pain. It is a real nusiance and frustrating. I see an osteopath who specializes in back pain and he has helped tremendously. He uses a series of manipulations and some accupuncture. I've used accupuncture before and found it to be very helpful. I am also using the Flector Pain Patch which is not narcotic. The drug does not get into your system so it will not affect anything else you may be taking for other medical conditions. The patch relieves pain wherever it is applied. It is not intended to give you relief throughout your body. The patch should be used 12 hours on and 12 hours off. I have found it to be pretty effective. I hope one of my suggestions may be useful. Take care.
