Hi belle1329...lol...I know exactly what you mean about the spelling and talking. I am a para in the special ed. class at an elementary school. Sometimes I can't get the right words out while trying to help with a lesson. About the arm pain, I've had arm pain in the winter months quite often. It kind of felt like growing pains...it would mostly hurt when I would push up my sleeves. Even the slightest pressure from my sleeve would hurt! I don't have any remedies...sorry...good luck! :)

On top of your arms, midway between wrist and elbow?

That's a location where our Arteries branch from larger, in other words, a Tender Point.

On treatment, it will clear up immediately.

The fastest trick is to wipe cream, etc, that has camphor in it, onto that area. Just a small amount, like war paint, not a lot like sun screen.

The part of my arms that hurt the most is upper arms and shoulders and neck, between the wrists and elbows hurt but more so above the elbows and back of the arms, the elbow (left side) seems to click when I lift/bend.
