i have suffered over the last year with pain more on my left side than my right side. on a pain scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, i would rate the pain on the left a 9 and the pain on the right a two. does this sound familiar?

I have more pain on my left side than my right sometimes. When it is bad on the left it goes through my eye, down my sinus, neck, shoulder and arm. It is rare that the right side hurts more. Most of the time it is evenly distributed throughout my upper trunk. My head and neck cause me a lot of grief. It is difficult to "learn to live with it everyday" even after 10 years! I also run low grade fevers frequently. I've been advised by my Dr. to go to a pain management clinic. I already take enough prescription drugs. I hope that you feel better.

I hear ya. My pain seems to focus on my left side. Even as a child, my growing pains, my nightime muscle cramps would always be on my right side. Go figure.
