Has anyone found any relief from pain by drinking apple cider vinegar (diluted in water)? I heard that the enzymes help relief FM's symptoms. What about eating enough protein?

Hi:Elizabeth Yes Apple Cider Vinegar can help fibromyalgia. It has to be Organic because i'ts more pure. You can buy it at health food stores and its cheap. It is a natural blood thinner it helps to move the congested fluid in your body.It feeds your cells life. But the taste is horrible.Add some honey with lots of water just before each meal. You can also lose weight if you take it for a few months.Dont take the pill form they dont work.Remember this drink is for your health and the long term the benefits will be great.Take care. Debra.
