Amount of exercise that's beneficial.

I clean houses and sometimes it can be very hard work. It seems I get extremely wiped when I overdue. How much exercise is good?
Is it beneficial to work out even if I'm feeling achy and exhausted?

hiya,everyone of us is different and to say an hour may be fine for one but exhausting to another.The best thing for us all to do is to find a suitable balance between rest and excercise but again as each of us are different so is each day.
Do what you can and take each day as it comes.The best thing is not to over do it..
