Has anyone tried Dannon's Activa yogurt to help with IBS?

I ate Activa two days in a row and ended up not feeling so hot, although I honestly can't say if is the Activa or normal IBS. I was hoping it would help with constant gasy, bloated feeling in evenings, but those symptoms got worse. I will give it a rest a few days and try again, but I am suspecting that my stomach flora was just fine.

No. I do believe in eating organic though. Read Natural cures by Kevin Trudeau. Try an organic bowel cleanse. Go to micronutrahealth.com and look at Activive!

Unfortunately, the Activa is doing a fine job of bowel cleansing, lol. Not what I was expecting from an innocent little tub of yogurt that was supposed to restore the natural flora of my stomach. I thought maybe it was just my IBS acting up but my 13 yr old daughter ate some of it too before I could warn her and she is having the same issues. I wish I had read up on it a bit more and highly recommend doing research for any treatments, even natural or organic ones.

Activa will not help with Fibromyalgia or irritable bowel.
