About the fights

Surely we are about responding to each others' experiences but also what we are about is responding to issues concerning the medications, practices, and solutions proposed for our illness. Some of our fights have been pure interpersonal nonsense but most of them have been the legitimate and necessary conflict over what is right and proper in the treatment of our illness. In taking care of each other, we must also be about ensuring we receive the best healthcare possible and that our financial constraints are respected. This will end up in fights because some of us arre absolutely determined to research proposed solutions and bring the best of them to light as well as expose the frauds. The issue on such an important matter is not whether we fight---for often we must---but HOW we fight. We must be fair, honest, candid, supported by research, and at all times keep the true point of all this the top priority. So, if I discover through my research that something doesn't sound at all kosher, yes indeed, I will fight to defend the welfare and finances of my fellow FMS sufferers. It's enough we suffer from FMS, we needn't be exploited, and we needed incur additional health problems from some so-called solution, whether it be the weight-gain from amitryptiline, the suicidal tendencies from Cymbalta, or the whatever could happen from the non-FDA approved.
