Hello: Ask your Doctor to do a full Vitamin Work Up and check to see if you have a Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D Deficiency...If you do have a Deficiency then, start treatment right away..Vitamin B12 works on your Central Nervous System and lack of it can cause nerve damage and very serious pain and illness.Vitamin D, if you are very low,,,,get help right away..Please dont waite to long to get checked by your Doctor..I wish that i had someone tell me this over the past 7 years of being in bed dying in pain..My Doctors did not bother to tell me that i had these major Deficiency's,,if they did tell me then i would not Have NERVE DAMAGE...It has almost cost me my life..People that have Chronic Pain have a host of health issues,,,Because of the Pain..It messes up your hormones as well..Please listen to me because i care for all of you here that are suffering so much everyday, dont waite until its to late..Also Vitamin B12 Deficiency leads to a serious illness called ''PERNICIOUS ANAEMIA"" if you are not treated for it.Plese Take care of YOU...Debra4Real

Hi:I forgot to mention, that all of you that are suffering from Fibromyalgia and other central Pain Syndromes,,there is some relief on the way..It is not a pill,it something that you will take home to use everyday and you will have to use it a few times daily..I cannot say what is is because it has not been approved as of yet,,but it will be soon because of all the studies that were done..The studies showed that it works, and works very well on people that have FIBRO..You will all know by the end of this year i hope, if it has been approved, and i pray that it will..Be Well,Debra4Real

I was first diagnose with vit B-12 deficiency and then potassium and vit D. Way prior of me knowing that I had fibro. At that time my doctors all thought I had MS. When does test came back negative, that's when my doctor said what I had was fibro. She say's it is common with people with fibro to suffer from B-12 and D, she even got me on a low dose of hormone replacement. All of it has made me feel better, but I wish I could just rid of fibro.
