what type of exercise

Anything that helps you and that ou enjoy. The only thing I can manage is riding my horse lightly, other run, do pilates, yoga or whatever. If you hate it, it wont help. If you love it, you can do it often with some kind of change in the "norm".

palate ball is good for exercise so the floor does not hurt back, neck, and so on
