Does moderate exercise over time help releive some of the pain? I have heard that at the beginning it is painful but it gets better in time

I feel better if I exercise regularly. When I stop, the pain gets worse. The less I move the more pain I have. I am learning to work-out even on days I hurt. I just adjust the intensity. Some days I can do more than others, but I lways do something.

When I started exercising I used mostly the bike and a few minutes on the rowing maching. This helped, but what I feel helped the most was strength training. Low weights and working all muscle groups of the body. Yes it does hurt at first and the exaustion is is hard to take but after a while your energy will return better than before ,just make sure to drink alot of water, and raise your protien level like a protien drink with a high level in it for after you work out, also if you take calcium twice a day in the long run it might help with the muscle spasms.(it did for me)(I had to take it twice a day for 6 months to see rsults with working out)
