what types of excerise can i do to help me along

Aquatic Therapy then aquatic exercise. Find a warm pool 83-86 degrees. What ever you think the time you will achieve your exercise goal ... MULTIPLY IT BY 6!!!! It takes time and go slow. I forget and push myself too hard. ;-)
