Most people with Fibromyalgia (FMS) are deficient in Vitamin D. You should be tested for this with simple blood work. That way you will know exactly how much is required to bring it up to normal levels.

B12 is very good for energy but it should be paired with folic acid. The latter helps the B12 absorb. The best way to take B12 is using a sublingual tablet. This tablet is dissolved under your tongue. You can NOT eat, drink, smoke or brush your teeth a half an hour before AND after using a sublingual supplement.

Curamin is very good for pain. It is a spice but for this application it is highly purified and comes in capusles.

Malic Acid is recommended for muscle cramping and twitches associated with FMS. It comes in capsules and is available at the health food store.

I'd also recommend a better quality of multivitamin than Centrum etc. Something that has to be taken twice a day is better given the amount of stress that FMS places on the body.

Melatonin and/or Calms Forte are both very helpful when dealing with the sleep issues associated with FMS.

Take care.
