I bought a juicer this week and have had great fun making new/better juices without high fructose corn syrup or any other additives. I made an immunity booster today: celery, cilantro, beet, carrot, tumeric, etc. To make a protein shake you can add the non-flavored whey or soy powder. You can freeze the pulp to put in muffins, carrot cake, or a crisp.

I know someone who completely turned their health problems around by going on a raw veggie and fruit diet with a juicer. The person looks 20 years younger.

What do you do if you are not allowed to eat green veg. And can only eat fruits that is organic because you are allergic to sulphur?

Hi Nadia! Wow! I never heard of that before! What happens if you eat green vegetables? There are other veggies that also will work--beets, carrots mixed with apple (sounds weird, right?). You can do sweet potatoes too! Don't go and buy a juicer--see if you can borrow one to experiment or maybe there is a place where you can try some different combinations.
