Fish

Anyone have a bad reaction to fish. The last few times I've cooked it I've ended up paying an extended visit to the toilet (kinda like those college days when you couldn't quite remember how the bottle got empty but you swore you'd never drink that much again while holding on to the toilet for dear life. lol)

Anywho, I was wondering if anyone else had this type of reaction. I would eat fish at least once a week b/c of its benefits for fms and other issues but not anymore. And I'm too scared to start again.

I hate fish but find the omega content essential to my pain relief essential. So I take the fish oils, but I freeze them so they get far enough down to not have the taste visit me. Oh yes I remember those college days well LOL

I love fish and the only problem I have had is with Tilapia. I used to be able to eat it but now every time I do it tastes moldy to me but no one else.

You can buy the omegas in pill form.

Also consider that maybe your body has become extra sensitive to any toxins that may be in the fish.

I used to love fish, but found the taste off, tried different recipes and I get this taste of metal in my mouth and then I don't enjoy the fish.

I just take my omega in pill forms and yes it does help with fibro.

I guess our bodies are becomeing sensitive to the lead content in the fish.

I dont eat fish any more - It started with seafood and now tuna, cod anything that swims. It gradually got worse overtime. I also get the same realtion to peppers.

I don't like fish and I never liked fish. Only sea food I eat is either shrimp or calamari.
