Crispy Kale
0 Replies
Pikespeak - July 2

Google this recipe!!! We like it with a light shake of garlic salt. The trick is baking it longe enough, but not too long to make it brown and bitter. The facts on kale (below) were found on a fantastic website!

Kale is low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folate, Iron and Magnesium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.
