headaches and sleeplessness

I'm looking for help with my headaches and not being able to sleep at night, also my arms going numb at night, any suggestions? I appreciate any help please. Sheila

What treatment have you received so far? You need to rule out reasons for the headaches and numbness.

I too had trouble with sleepless nights and my doctor put me on amitriptyline which I take at least 2 hours before I go to bed and that works like a charm! There are many sleep aids that you could take, it's just a matter of finding the right one. Regarding to your numbness, your circulation to those parts could be lacking. My mother has the same thing and she also has FMS. I too suffer from the headaches and so far, all I can do is take ibuprofen. Hopefully this will help you a little :)
