dealing with fibromyalgia for yearsis there really a cure

I've been dealing with the pain since 1995 after i fell while i was preganant with my son in dec.1994 my doc thought i had arthritis for years after until i started telling him bout all the pains i was having and that my arm would start to give out on me and i wolud lose the strenght in my hands. in 2004 he finally told my that i had fibromyalgia it hurt so bad sometimes till i would wanna cry i HATE the winter so bad i just wanna no if there is really a cure for it

My internist and Rheumatologist and everything I have read, says they don't know what causes it and there is no cure, and no tried and true treatment. All they can do is treat each of the symptoms. Yes, this disease stinks!
