i'm trying for disablity now, and my lawyer says i have a good case. as long as you know you can't work because of the pain and all the side effects from the meds like sleepyness and dizziness, etc. just get a good lawyer and be sure to see the docs and make sure they document everything, and they will send you for a test at PT that can last as long as 4 hrs, but just be sure to do what the ask and i think you can get it good luck
