Weather or Not

I am trying to figure out if the weather or my exercise routine is causing achey pain and stiffness in all my joints and muscles this week. I don't have a temp, live inOrlando and am doing aquatic exercise 3 times a week in an outdoor pool (9-10AM). I hyry so bad I feel like crawling in bed and staying there. I get enough sleep at night and take 3-4 hour naps in the afternoon. I also have OA and CFS. I hust sooo much. Could it be the weather? Today it was 93 degrees and 58% hunidity, partly cloudy. It rained yesterday. Weather or Not??

I know the weather bothers me, but I also have arthritis. I live in Alberta, and it's pretty dry here, so I don't know about the humidity.
It could be your workouts, but you should ask your doctor.

Your question was quite some time ago and I don't know if you will see this. I live north of Tampa and the FL weather kills me. I know they say that most FMS folks can't handle the cold. I cannot handle FL's heat & humidity. I am moving back north when my house sells, mainly because of weather. I think FL has a unique combination of : heat, sunshine, humidity, pollen, molds, and germs from tourists that are debilitating. Check and see if any of your meds make you sun-sensitive.
