Surgery and Fibromyalgia

I will be having surgery on August 4th for fertility problems and Im really worried about it. I have fibromyalgia (Im 24 and was diagnosed September of last year)and my flare-ups are frequent. I have never been put under and I fear my recovery will be much more difficult and longer because of Fibromyalgia. What are the chances I will have a flare-up due to surgery? How bad/long is the recovery? Are most anesthetists familiar with the effects of general anesthesia and Fibromyalgia?
