I have had fibromyalgia for many years and have developed some methods that ease my pain. I see a certificed massage therapist montyly. She is trained in accupreassure and trigger points and can find the sore spots like magic. Next I use moist heat-a hot tub and bean bags. I even eat breakfast with 2 warm bags on my neck and back. Then I soak in the hot tub for about 15 min. By then much of my soreness and stiffness are gone and I can shower and start my day. | |
