Morning headaches

I was wondering if anyone has sleep apnea causing horrible headaches?

I'm not sure if I have sleep apnea...probably do....have not missed many symptoms of FM...but I can tell you for months I was having AM headaches...went out and bought a contoured pillow and started using a heading pad under my neck when I went to sleep. It has help tremendously. Give it a try! Wishing you pain free days!

I don't have sleep apnea but I can't fall asleep or stay asleep. I take klonapin but it is a false sleep. Not a deep on so I have terrible morning headaches. Just read the suggestion below and will try the mild heat under my head. The contour pillow did not help me but maybe the heat will. Good luck and you have my sympathy.

I wake up with headaches...I thought it was sinus related. They fade after I am up for a while.
