I have a exercise bike and i love it. I do it on a low tension for a bit and i have noticed it helps my pain. Sometimes i get that growing pain feelings in my legs and when i do the bike exercise it helps that feeling go away. Just keep it up it does help me and it might help you in the long run. It helps get the muscles stronger. | |
