Lime Disease? Who thought of this one?

I read on this site that Fibro is Lyme Disease? Who in the world is connecting one to the other? Fibromyalgia is a disease all its own, not caused by ticks. It can start at any age. I was in my mid 30's when I started having all these pains. I wasn't diagnosed til I was 54. I've had this for over 25 years and no cure has been found, no antibiotic, no pain medicine goes for long. Please tell me where you all think this is related to Lyme Disease?

I wrote that I had Lyme Disease 18 years ago. Now I have Fibro. I never said that they are one and the same. I 'm sorry if you misinterpreted. However, I no longer have active Lyme, but ironically the symptoms are so similar which proves that Lyme is a greatly mimics other conditions and diseases. I just wondered if anyone else out there has had the same experience.

My fibro has been with me since i was a teen....but it did not hit me full force until i had mrsa. i also suspect i had lyme at one point and the west nile virus.
