I agree do alot of research, there are plenty of helpful things like eating anti-inflammatory foods and ones high in anti-oxidents. It does not take away the pain but it knocks it down a couple of levels. There is no quick fix for this unfortunately it's all about time and trying new things. The meds will be the toughest part to go through. I've had it for 10 years and have not been successful in finding something that works.
