How do youmanage constant headaches?

I am struggling so hard with almoist constant severe headaches. I am 5 months pregnant and nothing helps. I have had them with all my pregnancies ( 2.5 and 4 yr old boys) My back really hurts alot and I get sciatic nerve issue. Anyboys know the cures?
