I'm wondering if anyone out there has problems with temperature regulation? I have found that when my symptoms are flaring, I cannot keep a stable temperature. AND, I am getting increased burning in my feet (especially at night). Any ideas?

Yes, my internal temperature has definitely gotten strange to the point that I can't wear sweaters anymore, no matter how cold it is outside. (It could also be the Raynaud's.)

Depending on your situation, I think layers are can be very helpful. I'll wear short-sleeved shirts or even tanks to work with a poncho or cardigan on top. I also wear a lot of long skirts, and will sometimes wear capris underneath for extra warmth that can also be removed if need be.

It can also be tricky for bed. I use a heated mattress pad on a low temperature for the pain, a light nightshirt, and pile on whatever number of blankets is needed for the moment. It's easier to throw off or add a layer than to get out of bed and change either the setting or your clothes.

Good luck!
