I had that problem for years when I was working. I had to stand on my feet all day at conferences in heels and the pain was so bad I would go back to my room in the hotel and soak them in the tub while tears were rolling down my cheeks. Luckily it has passed and I have not had the trouble in years . Of course I don't wear heel nor do I wear uncomfortable shoes. Soft sandles and sneakers. The more comfortable the shoe, the better the feet. I would suggest soaking them in old fashioned epsom salts. They make a wonderful lavender scented kind at CVS. It's cheep, works great and smells even better. All I can say is for me it went away. Of course other symptoms of FM are still here but that one left. There is hope. A few friends say Cymbalts helps the pain but it didn't work for me. Not to say it won't for you | |
