Am I likely to get DLA because I have Fybromyalgia, Knee Arthritis, Nodal Arthritis in my hands and especially my thumb and arthritis in the bottom 2 discs in my spine. I'm woried about applying as the pain fluctuates.

Hi Bobbie, it's very difficult to DLA for fibromyalgia. However it is not impossible. Because the pain flutuates considerably, the best thing to do would be to keep a diary of how you feel from day to day. Get the diagnosis from a neurologist and don't give up. I also have nodal arthritis in my hands and various parts of my body as well as fibromyalgia.

YES.....u will get it, make sure you have an attorney handle EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING, don't try to do it yourself. You will automatically get turned down the first time, but u appeal and keep at it, u will get it, I PROMISE!!!
