I have exactly the same problem with my knees, but that because the knees are one of the trigger points of FMS Like you I too find it best laying on my side but i must have a pillow between my knees. With restless legs syndrome, which i believe I have, I have a dreadful urge to move my legs when I'm lying in bed, this is going to sound strange, but it's almost a feeling of having claustrophobic legs that start to panic when covered or confined. | |

Try taking about 200 mg of magnesium citrate before bed. This will help relax your muscles. It works for my legs. | |

Yes, it is linked to FMS( Fibromyalgia). The medication I have found to working for me, taking it for about 2-3 weeks before I really noticed a difference is Neurontin. (it's actually a seizure med). but, has other medical means. It helps. | |
