I am being threatened with termination from from job of ten years because of problems with, what I believe could be fibrofog. i have a tendancy to transpose things, my short term memory is very short, & I am continually forgetting things. I am a dental assistant, & my Dr is becoming very upset with me for things, it seems I have lost control over. My question can I legally be fired because of this?

I would speak to a disability attorney, You may also want to read up on the Americans with Disability Act.
I can see your employers point the patients are counting on you also. If you are not dependable on your job preformance I would think you could be terminated.
