though i'm not a doctor i'm someone who lives with this on a day to day basis, It's very hard to accept the changes happening in your body especially if you don't have control, I think that was the hardest thing for me to accept. All she probably needs is someone who understands and still loves her, even though she is in pain. I get frustrated at my father when he tells me I need to excercise, I also have chronic fatigue so my muscles cramp up really easy which makes excercise hard..that isn't an excuse either..it's just how my body is..just be there for her that's all the advice i can give. | |
