Snow....my 12 year old dreads it now

Well, here comes the snow in WI and with it, alot more pain and fatigue for Lauren. I think she is starting to have her first multi-symptom flare up since late spring. So, instead of playing in the snow, she is home from school because she is in too much pain and too tired to concentrate.
Other than that, she is okay.

I know how she feels. We are starting to get some of the same in MI. My whole body goes crazy and all I want to do is sleep. I also live in absolute terror of slipping and falling outside. Tell Lauren I hope she feels a bit better soon. Take care.

I can relate as well. I move to WI from N.Indiana in May of 2007. Indiana has wet brown winters with some snow but I still getting used to the WI temps. It just never got this cold. I just use a lot of ACE wraps and compression items for joints and long underwear!
