From my own family experience, fibro does seems to be genetic. My mother had it, I have it and I have a first cousin who is disabled with it. | |

Fibromyalgia is also due to trauma as well. Rheumatologist can diagnose to get the facts about this to begin with. He will start you out in the right way with medication if needed and stretching exercises but with the injury just do what the doc tells you at this time but do inquire about the Fibro and see what he has to say about it. | |
