night sweats related to fibromyalgia?

I am 27 years old and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia when I was 23. For the past 3 months I have had severe night sweats almost every night. My doctor just ran a bunch of blood tests on me and nothing was abnormal. Are night sweats a symptom of fibromyalgia? Does anyone have any suggestions to get rid of them? Right now they often prevent me from getting a full night's sleep. Any help would be appreciated.
