Yep I get it in the same two spots all the time and have now started getting it on the roof of my mouth aswell. | |

Me too, I've been getting them for the past three years. Mine are always on the insides of my cheeks if they bother me I just rinse with warm salt water. The taste isn't that great but it does seem to work!!!! | |

I used to get mouth sores, don't anymore, I rinse my mouth with peroxide at least once a day, don't drink the stuff, just switch and gargle once for 20 to 30 seconds. Then brush your teeth with a toothbrush that has been bathing in peroxide solution. After the brushing and gargling, rinse your mouth at least 5 to 6 times to take away the bubbles and the after tastes. | |
