miss diagnose

I don't know if I have fibromyalgia or not,
I hade carpal tunnel surgery 2 years ago and had problems ever since-wrist pain,burning weakness etc.i have been to all kinds of theraphy,doctors etc. and no one knows wrong with me,they say the carpal tunnel is ok but no answer for why I'm like this.I tried all kinds of pain meds and nothing works,does this sound like fibrimyalgia?

I am not a doctor, just a fibro sufferer. But to me it doesn't sound like fibro at all.

Plus, the first signs of fibro can come something like 5 years before a person is dia. with it. Because the symptoms are so vague
