Any advice would be much appreciated on this as I am not sure whether to have it done or not. Don't want to make things worse! | |

If yours goes anything like mine, I'll suggest taking any medications you're on for pain BEFORE your appointment... and enough before that they'll kick in before they start. I am usually pretty tender for 1-3 days after, but once everything settles down it's a good week worth of relief. | |

I had this done last friday and was fine until today- Wednesday. Granted the weather is not cooperating. Every time the weather changes, my pain flares up and it's raining today, never a good day for me :( | |
