I get that also, and lately I have been going on overtime. The days are shorter, less sunlight, I wonder if it has anything to do with it. I guess I'll up my vitamins, to get me through. It's all sad.

In the last year or two, its been really bad. I keep trying to catch a cleansing breath, and when it doesn't work, I begin to hyperventilate and then I go into an anxiety or panic attack. I have been using a half of a .25Xanax to help calm me down so I can relax and eventually breath. It happens throughout the day but mostly at night when its bedtime. My body is hurting so bad from Fibromyalgia and a spinal disorder, I hate going to bed because Im up most of the night in pain. Im ready to call it quits.

I've had Fibromyalgia since I was 16, but I was told time and again it was growing pains. I have been in Chronic pain with extreme fatigue for more years than I can count. I have spinal degenerative disc disease and I had spinal surgery 3 years ago, which only made me worse.
In June I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian. At first my major complaint was my upper left abdomin where the side mirror smashed into my side, but a few days later my fibromyalgia kicked into full gear and none of the narcotics that I take help. I'm allergic to Lyrica. I am going to therapy for the car injury, but two weeks ago the fibromyalgia attacked both my feet. The searing pain on top and bottom of my feet is excruciating. I now use a cane to walk because of this new symptom. Does anyone else have this and if so, have you found anything that works for you? Please help!

When I get like that, I take half a trazadone, it helps me. But I do think that our medication may give us hyperventilating, as I know, I never suffered these until I started on cymbalta.
