Me too dolphin22, what is normal anyway???? I can't seem to remember, lol. Anger, frustration, and finally a new determination to overcome what I can and like (not just accept) the new me??!!! Wish me luck on that one, I'm gonna need it.;) | |

dolphin22 - You are going through a grieving process. Anger is just one of the steps. Even on good days, Fibromyalgia (FMS) is overwhelming. We'd all like to be "normal" again. Like you, I can never plan anything. I used be totally and absolutely dependable and now I am a menace to society. This is the new "normal." I may not like it, but beating myself up over something I can not fix doesn't work either. | |
