Fibromyalgia Symptoms HOME

What is the title of doctor that I would need to see to rule out this syndrome, or any closely related to it? I have had blood work ruling out thyroid, arthritis, B-12, and potassium. But I still wake up with neck pain that seems to radiate down my arms and makes them feel like they way 50 pounds a piece, and causes headaches because of the effort it seems to take to hold my head up. When I lay down at night, my legs throb so bad it is like I stand on them for 12 hours a day. Any further information that you could provide me would be helpful, all the doctors that I have seen has ruled out everything they can think of. Thank You
